2- Milk with turmeric and ginger
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (1/2 inch) piece ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- raw honey to taste
- Combine all ingredients except raw honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Boil for a minute over low heat.
- Remove from heat and pass the mixture through a fine sieve.
- Sweeten with raw honey if desired and serve.
