2- Cinnamon Raw Honey Mixture
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 cup or 250 ml hot water
- Heat water and add cinnamon.
- Make sure you chill it for at least half an hour before adding honey to the water. The heat deactivates the powerful enzymes present in honey.
- Mix the ingredients and consume this drink.
You can also keep it in the fridge and take it 30 minutes before breakfast the next day.
