2- Cinnamon Raw Honey Mixture



  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup or 250 ml hot water


  1. Heat water and add cinnamon.
  2. Make sure you chill it for at least half an hour before adding honey to the water. The heat deactivates the powerful enzymes present in honey.
  3. Mix the ingredients and consume this drink.


You can also keep it in the fridge and take it 30 minutes before breakfast the next day.
